Limitless Horizons Ixil
Limitless Horizons Ixil is a non-profit dedicated to supporting the Ixil community in Chajul, Guatemala, providing education and opportunity in a region that has endured immense challenges. My business partner, Will, and I had the privilege of traveling to Chajul to create two films that would help amplify their mission.
The video below was a fundraising piece, sharing the powerful stories of the community to rally support for building a new school. The above film documented the school’s opening, celebrating the resilience and achievements of those who made it possible. Seeing firsthand how these stories moved people to action—and how the finished school is already transforming lives was an unforgettable experience.
Storytelling has the power to bring communities together, to inspire, and to create real change. Being in this remote region, working alongside people who have fought so hard for education and a brighter future, reinforced why I do this work. These films were more than just a project; they were a testament to the strength and spirit of Chajul and all those at Limitless Horizons Ixil.
